First: Your first name (must match exactly to race results)
Last: Your last name (must match exactly to race results)
Age: Your age at the time of the race
Gender: M or F
Agegradedpercent: optional
Date: Date in any format that you choose
Racename: Name of race
Racedate: Date. Must be in the format YYYY-MM-DD (e.g., 2008-09-01)
Distance in miles: distance in miles
Guntime: time from gun to finish. Must be in the format HH:MM:SS (e.g., 01:11:22)
Nettime: time from your start to finish. Must be in the format HH:MM:SS (e.g., 01:11:22)
Pace: your pace per mile. Must be in the format HH:MM:SS (e.g., 00:11:22)
Overallplace: optional
Genderplace: optional
Ageplace: optional
Team: Your team
Comments: optional

A. To organize the world's running race and training data. You can use this site to track your race history and your training history and see how your training affects your races.


Q. What is an event?

A. An event can be a race or a training session or anything for which you know the distance and the time.


Q. What are the typical steps to use the site?

A. Typically, you would "create events" and then "export" them to the run.wsxnyc.org site to see them on a chart and in personal record order.
